Peter Costakos, Eduardo Zambrano and Stacey Napolitano are what I have come to know as my "Dream Team". What a wonderful, dynamic and most importantly knowledgeable team. In addition to being the most patient people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, these folks answered question after question after question that i had and sometimes even the same question. They were available to me whenever i needed them and i recall poor Eduardo Zambrano dealing with my many questions as he had his baby cooing in his ear.

I would recommend creating a glossary of sorts with various terms that are common in the home buying process. If possible, an info-graphic of steps in the process and who to ask for help with that. For example, "arranging the final walk-through" - "speak with your realtor about this", "negotiating price" "who to talk to and important time frame to do it in".... Things like that. It's not your job but it would definitely help toward building rapport with clients.
