If you’ve ever seen a live band, you know that the drummer keeps the band together and on time. I’ve been playing drums way longer than I’ve been securing great mortgages for my clients, but the two are more similar than you might think. Communication with everyone involved in a real estate transaction is like feeding off the other members of the band. I’m responsible for keeping things together and delivering exceptional service from application to closing and beyond.
