He's a master of his craft, which comes with 24 years of commercial and residential lending experience, and hundreds of millions of dollars in loan volume closed. Licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, South Carolina, and Tennessee, Jim was hand-picked to join mortgage guru Jeremy Forcier's team with CrossCountry five years ago. He grew up in Danville, KY, won a state wrestling title in 1987, and was enshrined with his brother John in the Danville High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2018. He went on to wrestle at Illinois for a couple of seasons and later finished up at the University of Kentucky.
