Hi, I’m William Pender, and I’ve been working in mortgage lending for over 17 years. Before becoming a lender, I practiced real estate law and earned degrees from Davidson College and The University of South Carolina School of Law. I’ve also owned my own real estate company, The Home Buyers' Group, LLC, focusing on buyer representation.
