Brecksville, Ohio | July 26, 2021 — As students and teachers turn their attention to the upcoming school year, Cleveland-based CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, one of the nation’s 10 largest retail mortgage lenders, partnered with FOX 8 for the annual “Stuff the Bus” school donation event Friday, July 23, benefiting Cleveland Kids in Need, a program of Shoes and Clothes for Kids.
Over the last month, CrossCountry Mortgage employees have collected school supplies at the Brecksville office that were matched by the employer and delivered Friday to the live event. Additionally, CrossCountry Mortgage presented a $2,500 check to the organization.

Shoes and Clothes for Kids, a Cleveland-based non-profit, distributes the needed supplies to children, classrooms and schools across the region. Last held in person in 2019, the FOX 8 Stuff the Bus event filled a record-breaking 16 buses with brand new school supplies.
