Cleveland Browns Fan Kim Tyler Receives Day of Surprises During Visit to Cleveland Browns Stadium
Cleveland, Ohio, June 4, 2024… Kim Tyler of Parma, Ohio is the winner of the $25,000 grand prize in the CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM) Dedicated Dawgs Sweepstakes. CCM is the nation’s number one distributed retail mortgage lender and the official mortgage partner of the Cleveland Browns.
Through the sweepstakes, Kim and her wife, Robin, were invited to take a special behind-the-scenes tour of Cleveland Browns Stadium. The experience included an exclusive look inside the Browns locker room, press box, scoreboard room, and the CrossCountry Mortgage Landing. The surprises continued for Tyler in the Pro Shop where she competed in a “Team Shop Sweep” challenge against Cleveland Browns QB Jameis Winston and CCM’s Chief Marketing Officer, Eric Wilson. Afterward, Tyler ran through the home team tunnel and onto the field where she was presented with the $25,000 grand prize from Wilson.
“This has been such a special and emotional experience for me and my family,” said Tyler. “I was born on the day the Browns last won their NFL Championship. That day created a special bond between my dad and me. He was planning to watch the championship but instead stood by my mom’s side as I came into this world. He now lives in South Carolina, but we still talk before and after every game.” Tyler says she plans to use some of the money to visit her parents and watch at least one Browns game together this season.

Tyler is an active member of her community dedicating her time to various charitable endeavors. She volunteers with meal trains and mobile food banks. Kim is also known as the “Snow Machine Lady” helping to clear sidewalks and driveways for a dozen of her neighbors.
Beyond Tyler’s $25,000 grand prize, CCM’s Dedicated Dawgs Sweepstakes has given away prizes to other lucky winners including an all-expenses-paid trip for two to the Browns game in LA, VIP experiences, tickets in the CrossCountry Mortgage Landing, the Sideline Club, and the Dawg Pound, along with swag.
